Babylon is police in Jamaican English.
I post that "Babylon" has a broader context in Rastafarian / Jamaican thought, that includes all parts of the current political and economic system that are corrupt / intent on fostering inequity / inequality. SEE: "Babylon System", by Bob Marley on the Survival Album.
