Wish Bone (born Charles Scruggs, on February 17, 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American rapper and member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Also known as Stratejacket and Big Wish.

The quietest of the group, Wish Bone is the cousin of Steven "Layzie Bone" Howse and Stanley "Flesh-N-Bone" Howse. He has remained silent despite the solo success of the other members of the group in the late '90s, and his son Charles "Lil' Wish" Scruggs III. He also participated little on the Mo Thugs Family albums. He is signed to Thugline Records together with Krayzie Bone, and is set to release solo material.

He has recently made cameo appearences on the videos of Chamillionaire's "Ridin" and Notorious B.I.G's "Spit Your Game".
