The West Side (W/S) Tragniew Park Compton Crips are an African-American street gang originating from the western section of Compton, California. Founded in the 1970's, this gang falls under the Westside Crips/Compton Crip card. Their neighborhood runs from 154th Street to Alondra Blvd, between Central Avenue and Clymar Avenue. They are named after a popular public park (Tragniew Park), which sits on Central Avenue, between Alondra Blvd and 159th Street. The Tragniew Park Crips are enemies of all Compton Pirus, inparticular the West Side Piru, 145 Neighborhood Pirus and the Campanella Park Pirus. Like many other Crip sets, the Tragniew Park Compton Crips have feuded and are considered rivals to other Crips such as the Mona Park Compton Crips, the Nutty Blocc Compton Crips and the Kelly Park Compton Crips. Their only known allies are the Latana Blocc Compton Crips as well as the Palmer Blocc Compton Crips. Although considered enemies, the Tragniew Park Compton Crips also have a truce with the Original Block Piru 151. Members are known to sport all blue Texas Rangers baseball caps along with other blue articles of clothing and tend to use “T” hand signals to show their gang affiliation.
