A large city in Louisiana. One of the most hood cities in the United States. Location of many famous housing projects like Calliope, Magnolia, and Melpomene. Famous rappers from N.O. include Lil' Wayne, Baby, Juvenile, Turk, B.G., Hot Boys, Master P, C-Murder, Silkk the Shocker, and Soulja Slim among others.
