Dean Park Road is located off of Meadowvale road, just north of highway 401 and south of Sheppard avenue east in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. This relatively new subsidized high-rise has already been marked with the presence of gun and drug activity. It is in an area that was once mainly made up of open fields, but now is a vibrant neighborhood west of the Rouge community.
