Aftermath Entertainment

Aftermath Entertainment is a record label, specializing in hip-hop music, founded by Dr. Dre in 1996. Dre was originally co-owner of Death Row Records with current Death Row CEO Suge Knight, but left that label in early 1996.

With artists such as Eminem, 50 Cent, Eve, Busta Rhymes, The Game, Stat Quo, and Dre himself signed to the label, Aftermath has become one of the most successful hip-hop labels of the present era.

Now all I get is hate mail all day sayin' Dre fell off
What, 'cause I been in the lab wit' a pen and a pad
tryin' to get this damn label off?
I ain't havin' that; this is the millenium of Aftermath
It ain't gon' be nothin' after that
So give me one more platinum plaque
and fuck rap! You can have it back

Aftermath distributes its material in association with Interscope Records, and has two specialty imprints run by its two most successful artists: Eminem's Shady Records has Eminem, 50 Cent, and Stat Quo signed to its roster.
