The West Side (W/S) 103 Hard Time Hustler Crips are a long standing African American street gang founded in the unincorporated community of West Athens in Los Angeles, California. This gang is an active sub-set of the Hard Time Hustler Crips umbrella gang. Their origins can be traced back to a small section of South Los Angeles around Figueroa Street and 103rd Street. Their territory is bordered by Figueroa Street in the west to Grand Avenue in the east, between Century Blvd. to the north towards 104th Street in the south. The 103 Hard Time Hustlers lay adjecant to both the 92 Hoover Criminals Gang as well as the 94 Hoover Criminals Gang who they consider allies as all 3 gangs have a shared hatred for the LA Denver Lane Bloods. The relationship between the 103 Hard Time Hustlers and their Hoover Criminal allies has caused some friction between themselves and some members of the 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips. The 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips harbor ill feelings towards the Hoover Criminals, but have not engaged them in any confrontations which resulted in bloodshed or lost of life. But being part of the Rollin 100s Crips and pushing the Neighbor Hood Crips "card" automatically made the 104 Hard Time Hustler Crips enemies of all Hoover Criminals. The 103 HTHC are bitter rivals of the LA Denver Lane Bloods, Crenshaw Mafia Gang and the Avenue Piru Gang. They also had past conflicts with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips as well.
