Also known as the Willowtree Projects, 415 is a low income housing community in North York, Ontario, Canada with a long history of narcotics. Located between Finch Ave. East and Sheppard Ave. East (off of Willowdale Drive), 415 is surrounded by upper class suburban homes with a large number of jewish and chinese residence. Most of the residence in Willowtree are of African or caribbean decent.
