White Blocks aka Danforth Estates
An area of low rent highrise project in the vicinity of Danforth Road and Savarin road in central Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario. The White Blocks complex consists of three distinct white buildings shaped like a 'Y'. Although a tight knit community surrounded by middle class houses and strip malls, this area has the perception of a high crime rate with police presence being the norm. The area has a considerable amount of muggings, break and enters and violence as well.
