A "hood" on the southwest tip of Red Deer. It is in the beginning stages of urban decay, and is surrounded by other neighbourhoods in similar states of decay, such as Riverside Ghettos (Riverside Meadows, Lower Fairview), Downtown Red Deer , HG , and Oriole Park.
