West End Boyz used to rule the West End with the 5-9 Deuce Set back in 90's they used to beef with Indian Posse & Asian Bomb Squad Gangs for drug control but now most of them are known to be in jail... but word has it that they started up the Westside Outlaws because they started hanging out with the West Central Outlaw Crew
