The West Central Outlaws are a small, growing territorial street gang consisting of mainly Aboriginal and Filipino youth with in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This gang only has about 20 - 25 main members of mostly teens with a couple Adults who are known to call the shots for this gang in the West Central Neighborhood of Winnipeg, They've been around since 2004 their colors are Black & Grey but they are only known for drug traffiking around the inner city. their main Rivals are the Indian Posse & Mad Cowz, followed by the B-Side gang, also known to have a light beef with the CENTRAL gang over turf. they have known to been in a few fights with the Rap Groups From the Weston neighborhood known has (WestBrook Records.
