The West Side (W/S) Van Ness Gangster Brims are an African American street gang named after a street that travels through their neighborhood in the southwest section of South Central, Los Angeles. Also known as the Rollin 50s, the W/S Van Ness Gangsters (or WS 54VNGB/WS 54VNG) identify themselves under the Brims card and are aligned with other neighborhoods under the same card. Their territory reaches from Western Avenue in the East to 3rd Avenue in the West with 52nd Street being their northern boarder and 57th Street as their Southern boundary. The 54th VNG is the main click. Most members of this gang can be found in the intersection of Van Ness and 54th Street, which is located north of a bitter rival's territory; the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips. Other rivals include the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, the Rollin 30's Harlem Crips, 55 Neighbor Hood Crips, the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips and the 18th Street Gang. They are cliqued up with the Fruit Town Brims and the Harvard Park Brims.
