As far as I know, BGD's have not existed in Chicago for almost 20 years. There are only BD's and GD's. The BGD's "all over the country" are not recognized by the BD's or GD's of Chicago.

The 'task force' stuff in the 1990's was against the GD's (led by Larry Hoover), not any BGD's (which didn't exist in Chicago in the 90's). And GD colors are Black & Blue (not gray or white).
