ANybody who writes on this saying that Black gangs such as bloods are heavy in St-Leonard obviously dont know shit.

ST.L for years has been strictly italian. The Rizzuto Crime Family has ST.L locked down. A black person cant even settle down a legititmate business there without taking heat from the italians. because they want to keep it fully italian. So with that, how would a street gang hold it down there.
