Skyline Piru

The East Side San Diego Skyline Pirus are an African American street gang under the Piru Alliance. This gang was formed in the 1970’s by former members of San Diego’s East Side Hang Gang and a relocated Piru gang member from Compton, California. They are located in the Southeast section of San Diego. The heart of Skyline Piru’s territory includes the Skyline neighborhood of San Diego, and it expands out to the Skyline Hills, Jamacha, Lomita Village, Encanto, Alta Vista, and Bay Terrace neighborhoods.
