Scarlettville aka Scarville

A drug-infested violent slum located in Etobicoke, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is 1 of the 9 hoods featured on The Real Toronto DVD. Scarlettville is a Metro Toronto Housing complex located just south of Lawrence Ave. West and Scarlett Road against the bank of the Humber River. The complex is known to be the home of the ACG's, or All Crips Gang.
