The West Side (W/S) Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips are an African-American street gang founded in the west side of South Los Angeles, California, just north of Inglewood. Their neighborhood stretches from Van Ness Avenue towards Western Avenue, between Manchester Blvd and Century Blvd, around Jesse Owens Park. This gang falls under the "deuce(2x)" and Neighbor Hood Crip card and are friendly towards all Rollin 0's and Neighbor Hood Crip sets. Allies include the Rollin 30's Harlem Crips, Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 50s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 100s Crips, 67 Neighbor Hood Crips, 46 Neighbor Hood Crips, all East Coast Crips, Raymond Avenue Crips, the West Boulevard Crips and all Hard Time Hustler Crips. Due to their shared hatred for the Hoover Criminals, the Rollin 90s are also friendly towards the 97 Gangster Crips and 87 Gangster Crips as well despite being involved in past conflicts with each other. Their main Crip rivals include the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, all Hoover Criminals, the 99 Watts Mafia Crips, Main Street Mafia Crips, the 4 Pacc and the Gardena Shotgun Crips. Blood rivals include the Inglewood Family Gang, Centinela Park Family Bloods, Avenue Piru Gang, Crenshaw Mafia Gang, Harvard Park Brims, Fruit Town Brims, Van Ness Gangster Brims, the Black P Stones and the LA Denver Lane Bloods. The Rollin 90s Crips are one of the most active Crip gangs in South Los Angeles. Recently, however, an internal dispute has split this gang into two factions: the "Bangside" and "Western Avenue".
