Red City Vice

Red City Vice
A gang of roughly 10-15 members, they're believed to be involved in theft, vandalism, assault, and drug trafficking, mainly in the city of Red Deer, Alberta, and Southern, Downtown, Edmonton. The "Red City" refers to the city of Red Deer; the gang itself is not known for "repping" the color red, or any color for that matter.
Initiation
Being initiated into RCV is rumored to be a 15-45 second beating from the members present, depending on who you are.
Policies
1. Do not politic for personal reasons
2. Do not be a homosexual
3. Do not be an informant (snitch)
4. Stick to your word
Violation of any of these rules is allegedly another 15-45 second beating depending on the severity.
