Located in the heart of the West end North of the 417 and around the corner of Ramsey St. and DuMaurier Ave. and has long been a troubled neighbourhood Ramsey consists of mostly Somalian and Arab immigrants, The Double R Bloods simply began when a group of youths from this area and nearby Ritchie formed an alliance and eventually they spread out all over the West end. Crack cocaine is quite present in this neighbourhood which is one of the many reasons police are always here. Shootings aren't as frequent as the they were in the 90's but stabbings among other violent crimes are all the more common.
