The Pirus, formerly known as the Piru Street Boys are an African American street gang started in Los Angeles, California in the late 1960's. Their founders are Sylvester Scott & Vincent Owens. This gang is known for wearing the color burgundy to the right side of their back pocket, being allies to the Bloods, and the Brims, and being rivals to the Crips, Hoover Criminals, and Black Mafia Family.
