Home to some of the poorest neighbourhoods in Canada, some with unemployment as high as 50 % = Beasley and Keith. One of the only Canadian hoods where you feel like you're in Buffalo. Crime rate 2nd highest in Ontario. In this part of town all the payphones are shut off between 9:30 and 6:00 am except for 911 and 0 calls, due to all of the drug problems.
