Biography

Born Brian Barksdale to Ghanaian (West African) parents, this Toronto native from Scarborough acts as Chief Executive Officer of Barksdale Entertainment & Promotional Services, the parent company of Onslaught Worldwide Entertainment Group and Onslaught Records. His first claim to stardom came about when Nabob was featured on the remix of R&B heartthrob Jaheims Anything, receiving major radio airplay. At the time, this unprecedented approach got his foot in the door and gained him industry recognition.
