MST gang originated in Mountain Sights avenue, Known for criminal activities such as Drive-by shooting, Drug dealing, And graffiti.The gang names are commonly abbreviated as MST, MTS, Sights and are composed mostly of Indians, Sri Lankans, Latins, jamaicans and other Asians.The gang was set up Mountain Sights in 1980's.

New MST members along with Park-Ex gang members have formed a gang or click called the Ruthless-Family. Ruthless-Family is sort of a new click formed out of MST and Park-Ex members that are known to be rivals with Brown Souls, a low-life gang sort of like a "Wanna-be" crew.

Some teenagers from Park-Ex are rivals with MBT from West-Island.A few teenagers from the Park-Ex area have formed a gang along with MST members, this gang is known as the Ruthless-Family which consists of brown people only.

This gang is mainly concentrated on recruiting new members and making their click stronger each day, they assault a new born member for 24 seconds and they will not stop until the time is over. The Ruthless-Family are also infamous for tagging spots with spray paint and selling drugs to teenagers just like them.This gang uses symbols to be known as the Ruthless-Family, these symbols are "XV3-VI".XV3 is 18 and "R" is the 18th letter in the alphabet and VI is 6 and "F" is the 6th letter in the alphabet.Everytime a new member is recruited he or she is known to recieve a gang name for themselves and a tatoo or carve of the gang symbols on their arm.This gang is pretty organized and are known to be armed with weapons at all times and are not afraid to use them at any time.The Ruthless-Family represent MTL(Montreal), Park-Ex, MST(Mountain Sights), and East-Side at all times. The Ruthless-Family represents the brown bandana.
