Lil' Rascalz

The Lil' Rascalz is a youth street gang from Toronto, Ontario with origins tracing back to the Flemingdon Park area of North York. Its members are mainly teens to young adults from different ethnicities who participate in the street level distribution of narcotics as well as street muggings and hold ups. This gang is relatively new, but has already established itself as an extremely violent group of individuals.
