Galloway is a notoriously violent housing project in East Scarborough in Toronto, Canada. Around Galloway road are apartment buildings, some social housing and various strip malls with local bars and taverns. Galloway is the home turf of the infamous Galloway Boys gang and also home to various Crips sets. The Galloway neighbourhood is split into three divisions by local gang members and drug dealers; Northside, which is based along Lawrence Ave. East, Southside, which is anything along Kingston road, and Danzig. The youth unemployment rate around the Kingston-Galloway area is 16.6 per cent compared to 13.2 per cent city-wide.
