An upper middle class neighborhood on the northside of Red Deer Alberta a.k.a Boom City, Many citizens don't relize it but the neighborhood is getting worse and worse the three kings underground gang works out of the neighborhood with many grow operations, drug buildings and assault rings this is due to the rise in violence on the northside since members of Northern Ungeround disperesed from the gang the three kings has taken over much of the north side of Red Deer
