Habitations Jeanne-Mance is a diverse public housing project located in the Mount Royal and Park avenue area in Montreal, Quebec, Canada that is home to a large Bengali community, and has the dubiest distinction as being one of Montreal's many red light districts. The goal of this government subsidized housing project was essentially to maintain a high density of residents by means of high-rise housing, located in the middle of a lush park.
