An area of Vallejo, California. E-40 and The Click use this term frequently as they are from there. Official name of the neighborhood is Beverly Hills and it is located in the South Eastern corned of the city on East side of I-80. Also home to Bay rap legend Celly Cel and Fidel Castro of Riderlife.
