A series of subsidized high rises in Scarborough, Ontario. Although there are many races in this area, the most dominant are those of South Asian decent. It once was known for it's rampant drug activity, but that has since died down, although the presence of the drug trade is fairly evident in that section of Toronto, Ontario. The prevailing gang in the area is the Gilder Block Deciplez, a youth orientated street gang made up of mainly teens and young adults of Tamil decent.
