Debra/Dynes

At one time during the late 80's/early 90's Debra-Dynes was one of the most troubled neighbourhoods in Ottawa with gangs and drugs heavily present in the area in fact one of the oldest Blood sets in Ottawa is based out of Debra-Dynes along with the Viet Boyz. Crime is significantly down but gangs are still believed to be operating in and around Debra-Dynes. It is bounded by Meadowlands Dr. to the East, Hogs Back Rd. to the North and Prince of Wales Dr. to the West.
