  1. Driving around, preferably showing off your car. "Sittin back cruising through the slow breeze" -- Twista (Feels So Good) [1].
  2. Looking for members of the opposite sex to holla at. Could be in your car, could be at a party, could be walking down the street. "Me and my boys go cruisin' for honeys".
