Working-class neighbourhood in the northern part of Malvern at Neilson and Finch in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. This section is made up of mainly middle-class houses and has a high population of black and Sri Lankan families residing in the area. Believed to be home of a Malvern Crew off-shoot gang called the Byrd Gang.
