Cougar Court is located along Markham road, just north of Eglinton Ave. East in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada. Home to many new immigrants (predominantly of South Asian and African decent), this area once was considered a haven for drug dealers, but has since seen a decline in crime altogether in the area.
