CTL is a Gang in the Central neighborhood of Winnipeg known more to be called The Central Boiz colours are (Black & White), the gang was once 2 different gangs back in the day the gangs were (Deuce & Central Boyz) they were both dangerous street gangs back in the day & still are by forming into 1 mid sized gang with Members up to 50 to 70 tops from ages 17-30 most members are over the age of 18, They also work with the Manitoba Warriors for Guns & Drug Trafficing in the inner city, The Gang is not affriad of stepping to other gangs has the gang is known for 8 gang related killings 5 shootings and 3 stabbings in the passed year in a half in the cities Northend, the gang beefs with the (Indian Posse Gang, they also have beef with the Notorious Bloods, The gang is one of winnipeg's top Known street gangs and they are a very Dangerous gang some of the members are doing time for gang murders and some others are doing time for weapon & drug trafficing and if you want to find them go to the Central Neighborhood.
