C.E.E.C(Central East End Crips) has a estimate of 50 or more members.They are one of the newest gangs in k-town and already one of the biggest. They are known for trafficing,theft and beatings on courtland E, westmount S, Ceder .st, and stirling S. They are very dangerous and reckless and most carry knives. They have done lots of graffiti around Courtland areas. They identify them selves with blue bandanas of any colour. They have also been accused of countless rapes in courtland area, police are still processing.
