On the south/eastside of the intersection are the Britannia Glen Co-op's which is a 1 high-rise building and 2 low-rise buildings with just over 250 units is located at 5995 Glen Erin Drive. Just south of that is the Lom Nova Co-ops, which is almost connected to the Britannia Glen Co-op's. On the north/westside of Britannia Road/Glen Erin Drive are 2 high-rise, low rent, buildings. Which are known to be homes to crackheads & fiends.
