17-55 Bishop Tutu Boulevard is a TCHC owned public housing complex located west of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada in the Bathurst Street and Queen’s Quay West area. This development was built in 1987 and is made up of one 10-storey apartment building and townhomes. This development offers 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units which is occupyed by many young, single-parent families. Due to the townhome complex and the issues they draw to themselves, safety is a concern for many people around this area. Those townhomes is believed to be occupied by a street gang calling itself the Bishop Money Gang but is also frequented by members of the Project Originals.
