A wellknown Asian gang operating out of the eastern part of Chinatown in Edmonton This gang became well known in Canada when China sent thousands of Chinese immigrants to Vancouver, many of them being dangerous offenders. The gang originally became known as "The Eastside Boyz". After the brutal turf war between the Vancouver organized group known as United Nations, , which left 7 people dead on the street, and dozens of disappearances, the gang was forced into midwestern Canada, taking refuge in Edmonton and to a smaller extent, Winnipeg. Police and CISC have spent years inviestigating this group, and say that they are responsible for 80 percent of Edmontons weapons trade. They are also into cocaine and human trafficking, as well as white collar crimes such as Legititmate Businesses,Loansharking and extortion of businesses. Most recent news is the killing of a rival asian gang member in the downtown area in broad daylight, which took place last summer.
