East Side 48, 42 and 43 Gangster Crips
The 4 Pacc Crips is the moniker given to an alliance of three separate African American street gangs situated in the east side of South Los Angeles, California. Also known as the "40s Gangster Crips", all three factions identify themselves as Gangster Crips and falls under the Tray(3x) card; also known as the "Movin Gangs". These street gangs are geographically as well as historically linked and "active" members usually involve themselves in each others conflicts. The 43 Gangster Crips are the largest and oldest of the three gangs, with a brutal reputation for violence. However, the more youthful members of the 48 Gangster Crips have recently taken a more active role when engaging rival gangs. The 4 Pacc are allies of the 97 Gangster Crips and the 87 Gangster Crips as well as the East Coast Crips and the Rollin 30s Harlem Crips. The 4 Pacc are known to feud with gangs under the Gangster Crips card, especially the Rollin 40s Avalon Gangster Crips and the Broadway Gangster Crips. Other rivals include the 52 Pueblo Bishop Bloods, Blood Stone Pirus, Blood Stone Villians, Rollin 20s Outlaw Bloods, the All For Crime Bloods as well as the Hispanic Hang Out Boys 13, Ghetto Boyz and the Primera Flats gang. The 40s Gangster Crips are one of the most notorious street gang alliances in East Los Angeles.
