This gang was once an exclusively Asian gang, but now they have members from a variety of backgrounds. Membership totalling over 100 with dedicated website for members. The outfit is based out of McCowan & Finch area covering the Scarborough/Markham borders. This gang specializes in fraud, extortion and drug/weapon trafficking. Their main rivals were the Big Circle Boys, but they were also known to have feuds with other minor sets. This gang was the target of the Toronto police in 2003 and had some of its members arrested under the "Project Monk" operation.
